The 2 1/2-room flat is located on the ground floor of a four-family house built in 2005 on the edge of the village of Meiringen. Separate entrance, covered seating area, flat with open-plan kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with sofa bed, radio, TV, electric fireplace, Internet connection, 1 double bedroom, WC/shower, utility room with cupboard and storage space, cloakroom, storage room for skis and bicycles. The holiday flat is in a quiet location, shopping facilities are nearby. Open car park in front of the house. Living space 60m2. The railway station can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. The Meiringen Hasliberg mountain railway can be reached in 10 minutes. So is the station of the Meiringen-Innertkirchen railway, which takes you to other attractions such as the Aare Gorge. The funicular railway to the Reichenbach Falls is also in the immediate vicinity (Sherlock Holmes).
In summer there are many hiking opportunities. Just 10 km away is the village of Brienz with Lake Brienz and the steam railway to the Rothorn, as well as the Ballenberg open-air museum in Switzerland. By car you can quickly reach Lucerne, Interlaken or over the Susten Pass into the canton of Uri and over the Grimsel Pass into Valais.
