The house is located in the immediate vicinity of a ski slope and five minutes from the Melchsee-Frutt mountain station. In summer you can barbecue in the garden seating area. Garden chairs and a camping table are available as well as
various board games for young and old. There is a large double bed and two bunk beds for children. A cot for babies and toddlers is available. In the parlour you will find a couch, which can be pulled out and offers space for two more people to sleep. The flat has a cosy dining area with a corner bench as well as a coffee machine and a toaster. There is also a playroom in the Obere Frutt development where children can let off steam.
