Description of the holiday rental
This spacious, light-flooded flat with its fantastic panoramic view is the ideal place for a family holiday. Whether you want to spend time together in the open-plan living area or retreat to a room or a spot on the gallery - relaxation is guaranteed. Even in winter, after a great day of winter sports, there is nothing better than snuggling up in an armchair and watching the magnificent play of light over the mountains.
The 140 m² flat is located on the top floor of three terraced houses and offers wonderful views: the view from the living area over the entire Julian chain is fantastic at any time of day. From the dining area you can see into the forest - sometimes the squirrels come to visit you for breakfast. You can also see the evening sun on the Segantini hut.
The centrepiece of the flat is the open-plan living area: the spacious living room with large windows and a balcony has two sofas, several armchairs, a table, a piano and a TV. The room height here is 2.6 - 5 metres. On the same level is the dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. Next to it is the open-plan kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and crockery for 12 people. A small bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC is located on the same floor.
Above the living area is a spacious gallery with two windows. There is a double bed with bedside table. A wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall cupboard provide ample space for storing equipment and clothes. Two workstations with views of the forest or the village are ideal for writing or reading. On the lower floor (entrance level) there are two bedrooms: a double room with a large wardrobe and a room with two separate beds, a wardrobe, table and chairs (wood panelling). Next to it is a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washing machine. Tables, chairs and two deckchairs are available on the terrace and the cosy spot at the rear exit. You can store your skis in your own garage (with parking space).
The house is situated on a quiet street. The bus stop, post office and shops are within easy walking distance.
