Chalet Daheim is an ideal starting point for accessing the cross-country ski trail or the surrounding biking and hiking trails, or for exploring Goms and the Aletsch Arena. Directly on the Goms cross-country ski trail in a quiet location Reckingen railway station, Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes (500m) Shopping (supermarket, bakery, butcher) within walking distance (550m, approx. 8 minutes on foot) Directly on the hiking trails and 100m from bike trails Ski lifts in Gluringen (1.5km) and Münster/Geschinen (3km) with ski school (no booking required on Monday mornings) Aletsch Arena can be reached by direct train from Reckingen-Fiesch in 30 min. and by car in 15 min.
