5.5-room apartment on the 1st floor of a multi-family house in a quiet location, next to the church in Rueras. 1 km away: Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena. Ideal starting point for winter and summer hikes. Lake for swimming in summer, indoor pool with wellness offers, tennis (outdoor), cross-country skiing, ice rink in the nearby surroundings. Heating can be done with wood or electricity.
