Dream vacation in Scuol

“Attention: Only bookable from Friday to Friday!”

In our house you live in a large 4-room apartment with a beautiful garden. In the basement there is a small apartment, which is occupied by us on many weekends. When we are not on site, the house is only occupied by you.

The house is old but very well maintained. The upper part of the garden is at your free disposal. The lower part of the garden is private, as are the fruit trees. However, if you rent our house at the end of summer / beginning of fall and find many ripe apples and mirabelle plums, you are welcome to pick some. Just so that we and other guests still have some. :) The vegetables in the vegetable garden are private.

If we are not on site, you can reach us by phone at any time. Unfortunately, as it is an old house, we can never completely rule out the possibility that something might suddenly stop working. If this is the case, please contact us at any time. We are well connected in Scuol and will certainly find help to solve the problem on site within a short time.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your vacation.

A basic supply of spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and tea and a few capsules of coffee (Nespresso machine) are available for a relaxed start to your vacation. A fondue caquelon and a racelet oven are also at your disposal.

Waste bags, cleaning products, washing-up liquid and washing machine tabs are available.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is equipped with bath towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. A few rolls of toilet paper, Kleenex and a hairdryer are available for you.

BEDROOM

There are three bedrooms. Two large and one slightly smaller. Two bedrooms with mountain views towards the Lower Engadine Dolomites, one bedroom with a view of the garden. One bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm), one bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and the third bedroom has two single beds of 90cm each, which can be pushed together. Bed linen and clothes storage are available in each room.

Please do not close the shutters! These are very old shutters, some of which do not close well. However, there are light-proof curtains in all rooms. A travel cot for your little one is also available. With mattress and fitted sheet. Please bring your own baby bedding. If you need the crib, please let us know a few days before your arrival so that we can provide it.

LIVING ROOM

There are two sofas in the living room. The blue-grey sofa is a sofa bed. If you pull the seat section forward, you can use the back sections as a mattress. The table seats six people. A high chair is available. Please let us know a few days before your arrival so that we can provide it.

BASEMENT

There is a small WC in the basement, which you can also use. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement. You can use both during your stay. Detergent is available. Please clean the dryer after use. In the small room next to the toilet you will find cleaning utensils, if necessary, a child seat and a travel cot. The other rooms are private.

PARKING SPACE

Below the entrance door is our private parking lot with space for two cars. You can park there free of charge during your stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in takes place on Friday from 3 pm. The key is in the key box. The key box is located in the mailbox on the left. Please put the key back in the key box on departure and lock the box/change the code.

Check-out is until 11 am on the day of departure. Please remove all bed linen before check-out and throw it in a pile with the used hand and bath towels.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.

Tilt some windows on departure.

Please dispose of the garbage. The disposal station for glass and garbage bags is located just above the house.

You can dispose of pet and aluminum next to the Coop.

Please lock the front door, put the keys back in the key box and lock it.
