Description of the holiday rental

Very well maintained, bright and cozy 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor.

In the open living room invite a sofa and two sofa chairs to relax. TV, radio and free Wi-Fi ensure guests' entertainment.

The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. A cot is available on request. After consultation with the owner and at an additional cost another mattress can be placed.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and eat together. The dining table with corner bench has room for the whole family. A highchair / Trip Trap is available on request.

The new bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The vanity mirror provides space for your accessories.

The slightly elevated position of bedroom 1 and bathroom (4 steps) leads to a relaxation of the refined rooms and gives the apartment more size.

On nice days you have a very large balcony with spectacular views of the Dolomites and in the summer a separate seating area in the garden to stay.

The child-friendly household makes the apartment ideal for families with children. Professional child care is available on request. Also couples and individuals feel very comfortable in the warmly supervised Chasa Primula.

This detached house is situated in a very sunny and quiet location on the southern slope of Scuol. The spectacular view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites pampers tired eyes and makes you forget the daily stress.

There is one parking space directly in front of the house.
You can insinuate your skis, bikes, etc. behind the house, wind and weather-proof.

In a 10-minute walk you reach the center of Scuol with groceries, the Engadin Bad Scuol, bank, post office and many other shops to stroll and shop.

A few steps from the house there is a stop of the town- or in winter free ski bus. This takes you within 5 - 10 minutes to the center and to the train station / cable car station and back.

You can walk to the cable car station and the train station in comfortable 10 to 15 minutes via a walking path. The trail is suitable for pushchairs.

Discover the Lower Engadine, with its intact nature and the Swiss National Park, the imposing mountains, the lived Romansh culture, culinary diversity, unlimited recreational facilities and especially the indigenous people as your hosts. We would be glad to welcome you soon as our guests.
