Cozy, childfriendly, stylish 2.5-room flat, approx. 60 m² living space, comfortably furnished, in a very quiet location but still well connected. Sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and the large playing field. Classified as Holiday Comfort "3 stars plus" by the Swiss Tourism Federation. Own garage parking space.
Spacious indoor swimming pool with panoramic view of the mountains, 20m pool with non-swimmer area in the house, which can be used free of charge. The sauna can be used free of charge 2 days a week during the winter season (Wed + Fri 4-8pm); can also be booked exclusively for a fee. A playroom with table-tennis and table-football is available. Ski-/ bike-room is at the carpark. Large meadows with trees in front of the house.
(Ski-) bus stop in front of the house, the ski bus and local public transport are free. Cable car, railway station, post office, shopping facilities and the village centre are all within a few minutes' walk.
-Living room: extendable dining table, 6 chairs, sofa bed, TV (UHD QLED), radio and wireless internet.
-Bedroom: Double bed, large wardrobe, and chest of drawers. (Bed linen 200x210 and 160x210 available for rent.)
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, glass-ceramic cooker, oven, kitchen linen, CoffeeB coffee machine. 1 pack of CoffeeB as a welcome gift.
-Bathroom: bathtub with integrated height-adjustable shower, bathroom cabinet, hairdryer, washbasin, and WC.
-Sunny south-facing balcony with table, chairs, and magnificent view of the mountains.
* Due to the Corona pandemic, there may be changes to the use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna at short notice. The indoor swimming pool is closed in the mid-season in spring and late autumn.
* Tourist tax only for persons 12 years and older * The Brentsch-Park is located on the outskirts of Scuol, yet centrally in a very quiet, beautiful location and consists of three apartment buildings A, B and C, which are connected to each other underground. House A has a parking garage with a playing field above. In house B is the indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used by the house guests free of charge (exclusive sauna for a fee).
10 min. walk from the centre, railway station and the mountain railway. Bus stop directly in front of the house.
