The 3-room holiday apartment STEINBOCK (78 m2) is located in a detached single-family house. The house is situated in the village part of Tujetsch in a dreamy location at the upper end of the village, 50 m below the Cuolm da Vi gondola station. You can reach the Valtgeva ski school in just 5 minutes on foot from the house. The Murmli apartment is on the ground floor. The house has a ski and bike room at your disposal. You will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you may use for a fee. One parking space is available for you directly at the house. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
Bedroom: 1 bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed 160X200. Wardrobes for your personal belongings are available. 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (total 4 beds 90x200). The beds are made up on arrival.
Bathroom:
Upper floor: 1 exclusive bathroom accessible via the bedroom with a huge rain shower and a stone washbasin including a toilet, this bathroom has no window.
Ground floor: 1 large bathroom with a bathtub (incl. shower rod) and a stone washbasin with two windows. Towels are available.
Living room: A cosy leather sofa with 4 elements is ready for you. The sofa is also a sofa bed which can be converted into a comfortable bed with two pull-out beds incl. slatted frame. Smart-TV with WLAN connection are available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (Nespresso) bring your own capsules, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, raclette and fondue dishes and many extras. Kitchen linen available. Dining table with corner bench and 3 chairs. Please indicate if you need a high chair or a travel cot.
Facilities: The apartment has been completely newly created. Equipped with exclusive solid wood parquet. The entrance area is covered with stone slabs. The lower bathroom is also covered with stone slabs. The upper bathroom is equipped with solid wood parquet. The furniture incl. kitchen furniture was made by ourselves from old wood panels. WLAN is available throughout the apartment.

As soon as you open the front door to your holiday apartment, you will feel that hint of "ARRIVAL" in a place where you can fully relax. Let your eyes wander and explore every room. Discover the rustic modern old wood kitchen, in which you can pamper yourself with delicious dishes during your holiday stay or enchant your loved ones with a hearty breakfast. You have an optimal equipment with oven, toaster, kettle, induction hob with integrated extractor hood, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and a dishwasher at your disposal. For a cosy fondue or raclette evening, you will also find the dishes in your holiday kitchen. I can already hear you laughing and chatting at the cosy wooden table, whether during meals or during late-night game evenings. But perhaps you would rather relax after the meal and snuggle up on the comfortable sofa (extendable with slatted frame). Here you can relax and/or, if desired, let the evening end with a great film. For this purpose, a modern SMART TV (incl. W-LAN access) is available to you. At the latest now you are "LET GO". Slowly, silence sets in. How about enjoying a fine glass of wine outdoors and admiring the fantastic starry sky? It is known that in the mountains you are always closer to the stars than elsewhere. Wherever you may be, it will reach you - the "FEELING GOOD". Isn't it true that there is nothing more valuable than waking up in the morning, refreshed and relaxed, from a wonderfully deep sleep. This is achieved here excellently, because on the one hand you are in the midst of the silence of nature and on the other hand you spend your night in a generous box spring bed. To complete the tour, you may look forward to a touch of luxury combined with the authenticity of stone and wood. Your bathroom will delight you. Take a refreshing shower in the morning under the generous rain shower. Bed and towel linen incl. hairdryer are available to you "during your holiday stay".
