Description of the holiday rental
General
The apartment was completely gutted and high-quality renovated in 2023, just like all other units. In addition to the 85 sqm of living space, it offers a balcony with a dining table and chairs, and a terrace with a sofa and armchairs, where you can relax in the sun or shade throughout the day.
Design
During the renovation, special emphasis was placed on visually warm natural wood floors and built-in furniture. The underfloor heating and the cozy soapstone stove in the large living and dining area, especially in winter, create a cozy atmosphere.
Bedrooms
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 double beds and lead out to the south balcony. One of the two rooms has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 children and a cozy couch for chilling.
Bathrooms
A full bathroom with toilet and bathtub and a shower bathroom with toilet and shower with the latest equipment are available. Both bathrooms have cosmetic mirrors.
Kitchen
The high-quality open kitchen with many additional appliances such as fondue, raclette, or coffee machines (filter and espresso capsule machine) is a real highlight. From the kitchen, you enter the terrace. From the balcony and terrace, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains of the upper Surselva. In addition, appliances such as an egg cooker and a freezer are available.
Living Room
The second access to the balcony is via the living room, which is equipped with a TV corner and a dining area for 6 people. For smaller children, a Tripp Trapp children's chair is available. Bed linens and towels are provided. The beds will be made up after the room occupancy information has been received.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (85m²) is in a detached multi-family house with a total of 5 apartments, one of which is permanently occupied. The house is located in the Salins district in a beautiful and, above all, practical location. In the immediate vicinity, you will find important infrastructure such as a sports shop, supermarket, ski slope for beginners, the cable car to the mountain station Cuolm Da Vi, the train station Sedrun, the swimming pool & spa Bogn Sedrun, the museum, and restaurants. In the basement, there is a cellar where skis can be stored in winter, as well as a washing machine and dryer for the community. A parking space is available directly at the house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and is accessed via an external staircase on the building. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 2 double beds for a maximum of 4 adults and a bunk bed for 2 children. The careful treatment of the rooms and inventory is of great importance, as it is the equipment of the owners, who otherwise use the apartment themselves as a second home and everything has been chosen with love.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, nor is the holding of parties or the bringing of pets.
