The property is centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the railway station, the Tgesa Strem lift and the newly built "CUOLM DA VI" cable car to the Disentis ski area, close to the Sedrun-Andermatt ski area, the village centre and indoor swimming pool. The property was built in 1966 and is in good condition thanks to constant renovation and modernisation. The windows have been replaced, the sanitary facilities have been completely modernised, floor coverings have been renewed, etc.
