Description of the holiday rental

We offer you a newly and high-quality renovated holiday home with a large terrace and a large garden.

Living room and kitchen:
The floors throughout the house are in real oak wood and tiles. The kitchen is very high quality with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and large fridge.
In the living room a real leather seating area invites you to linger. A TV set, Blueray player and Swisscom TV are available. For cosy evenings there is a Swedish stove in the living room in front of a granite natural stone wall.

Rooms:
The parents' room has a double bed with bedside tables and sideboard. There is also a walk-in dressing room.
In the second room there is a pull-out double bed with corner wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Garden, outdoor area:
The terrace is ideal for cosy dining and relaxing. There is also a real pizza oven at your disposal.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC

Of course there is a car park at the house (max. 2 vehicles)

The border to Italy is in the immediate vicinity. You can reach Ponte Tresa in 10 minutes by car or Luino in 15 minutes.
The journey to Lugano takes about 30 minutes.

There are many hiking trails around Sessa. Monte Lema, from where you can hike up to Monte Tamaro, is only 15 minutes away.
