Sunny, well-kept, quiet private 2 1/2 room (approx. 55m²) flat on the 5th floor, centrally located in the village, partial lake and mountain view. The flat is completely laid out with parquet flooring including the bathroom, so the flat radiates dignified cosiness.
The flat has high-quality equipment, e.g. for cheese fondue.
The Corviglia cable car is a 7-minute walk away, and in winter the piste of the valley run ends almost on the doorstep (5 minutes)! The bus station for the shuttle to Corvatsch for the panoramic mountain tour stops below the flat (2 min). You do not need any means of transport during your winter holiday. You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the flat (24-hour access).
The spacious indoor pool with window and sauna on the 2nd floor fulfils all wellness wishes. A fitness room is also available.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
