Practically furnished 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 2 integrated fold-away beds. Covered balcony with view. Small kitchen. Bathroom with shower. An elevator in the vacation home facilitates access. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (max. 1 car/apartment, not reserved). Fitness room for public use is located in the vacation home.
