Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machine, fondue set, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer/drying room. Terrace with unobstructed view of the Rhine valley, including lawn, garden furniture, sun umbrella, etc. 1 underground parking space is available and included.

Remarks: Electricity/water are included. Dish towels can be obtained, if desired, for CHF 5.- from the caretaker, Mrs. Bürgler. Also available upon request from the caretaker are towels for CHF 5.- per person and bed linen for CHF 12.- per person.

Quiet location on the outskirts of Surcuolm, next to local residents' homes. The ski slopes and hiking trails can be reached directly from the house. You have the opportunity to put on your skis right next to the house and ski down to the ski lift (approx. 2 minutes). If you want to use the ski bus, you have to reckon with approx. 10 - 15 minutes walking time. Shopping facilities in Affeier (approx. 2.0 km) in Meierhof (approx. 3.5 km) or in Ilanz (6 km).

Pets are allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
