An open living room with kitchen-dining area. Corner bench with 2 chairs, a small table, a 2 seater sofa with a chair, a pull-out bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony with table.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a Bach oven, a filter coffee machine, a raclette oven and a fondue caquelon.
Entertainment:
Wi-Fi in the whole apartment available (free).
The 2-bedroom ground floor apartment is in a multi-family house. The house is located at the valley station Valata. The apartment has a garage space. From the garage, guests can access the apartment via a staircase. In summer a large garden and a heated pool is available. The apartment also includes a ski room, a table tennis room, a sauna and a laundry room.
Pets are not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
From one overnight stay the Surselva guest card is available for stays between 01.05. and the 31.10.2017 available. The guest card is available from your holiday home rental company.
