Description of the holiday rental

Tastefully and cosily furnished holiday home in a unique, secluded location in the midst of the impressive nature of the Lower Engadine at an altitude of 1350 m above sea level. 4.5 rooms (approx. 100 m2) with terrace, seating area, garden and panoramic views of the mountains all around.

Our tenants in their own words:

The infrastructure was top, fast internet, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, nothing was missing.

We liked the house very much. Especially the idyllic location and the good facilities. The size was also ideal for 4 people.

Location

- Detached in the middle of nature, the meadows of the Lower Engadine

- Situated on the hiking trail | toboggan run from Vulpera to Tarasp

- Cross-country ski trail right outside the door (200 m)

- Own access road (which is cleared in winter)

- The nearest houses are several 100 metres away

- Wonderful view over the valley, Scuol and the opposite mountain side (Ftan, Sent)

- 5 min. walk to the post bus stop "Villa Maria, Vulpera", bus goes directly (10 min.) to the ski area

- 5 min drive to Vulpera Golf Club

- 5 min. by car to the Vulpera outdoor pool | 10 min. on foot

- 10 min drive to the railway station / valley station of the Motta-Naluns mountain railway

- 12 min. by car to Scuol village centre | 30 min. on foot

- 20 min. by car to Vereina (car transport)

- La Chasina is a property for connoisseurs in a unique, secluded location surrounded by nature. This means that it harmonises with the surrounding nature. In early summer and autumn, animals graze for a few weeks on the meadows surrounding the house and its envelope.

- Heating: The house is heated with modern electric heaters. In winter it can also be heated with wood (Swedish stove).

- The house has its own access road. This is cleared in winter. However, this can take a few hours in very heavy snowfall.

- Snow has to be shovelled occasionally during heavy snowfall.

- Limited suitability for small children (no child safety locks, free-standing stove and stairs).

- Non-smoking house
