The spacious holiday apartment is equipped with every comfort:

- Two extendable dining tables for indoor use; one table can be extended from 200cm to 330cm (seating up to 14 people) and the other from 120cm to 180cm (seating up to 6 people), together providing seating for up to 20 people.
- TV with over 375 channels (106 of which are in Full HD) with 7-day time-shifted television (Replay TV) and a Blu-ray player with countless DVD movies.
- Sunny terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol, and electric grill.
- Wi-Fi throughout; depending on location, speeds range from 50 Mbps to 500 Mbps.
- Electrical accessories such as a cable reel, extension cord, two LAN cables, and travel adapters are provided.
- Wide selection of board games and children's games.
- Countless books and children's books in German and English.
- 4 high chairs, toilet trainer, changing mat.

Kitchen:
- Dishes, cooking utensils, several fondue and raclette sets, various casserole dishes.
- Slicer, French fry cutter, toaster, two scales, two powerful immersion blenders, and kettle.
- Food center with 512 liters (341 liters refrigerator and 171 liters freezer) with an additional refrigerator in the basement.
- 2 coffee makers (1 bean and 2 filter) and an espresso maker.
- Induction cooktop with oven.
- Dishwasher.
- Cleaning supplies, bags, cling film, aluminum foil, baking paper, rope, and vacuum cleaner.

Rooms:
- Each bedroom has a sink and a mirror.
- Bed linens provided.
- Bath, hand, and face towels.
- Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, toilet cleaner.
- Radio alarm clock in each bedroom.
- A travel cot (on request).
- Additional folding beds, blankets, pillows, or mattresses are available (on request).

Other amenities:
- Free use of 5 ski bops, 6 sleds, 1 plastic bop, children's shovels, and toboggans.
- Rental of 4 touring sleds with upholstered seats for 1-2 people (for a fee).
- Free washing machine with detergent, tumble dryer, clothes rack, and iron with ironing board.
- Two bath seats.
- Basement with a large common room, small library, free use of the ping pong table with paddles and balls, and a spare refrigerator.
- Heated room in the basement for drying wet items such as shoes, ski boots, or clothes.
- An additional room in the basement is available on request.
- A garden hose is available in front of the house during the summer. Ideal for cleaning your boots after a day's work.
- 20 stackable chairs, two long folding tables (240 x 70 x 74 cm each), and three additional small folding tables, ideal for indoor or outdoor use.
- Parking for over 8 cars is available in front of the house; snow removal is guaranteed in winter.
- Two bicycle racks are located in the basement.
- Secure luggage storage is available on arrival and departure days.
- As a passionate mountaineer and ski tourer, I provide guests with firsthand information.

The spacious holiday home Plaun Grond is located in the idyllic village center of Tschierv, right next to the bus stop. In summer, it's ideal for hiking and mountain biking, and features a heated outdoor pool, a playground with a barbecue area, a football pitch, and a climbing park. In winter, the family-friendly Minschuns ski area, reachable in 10 minutes by ski bus, offers 25 kilometers of slopes and a ski and snowboard school. The ski bus stops right in front of the house, where the 28-kilometer network of cross-country ski trails also begins. The village boasts two natural ice rinks for ice skating and curling, as well as a 6-kilometer-long, illuminated toboggan and sledding run (free tobogganing/sledding, and toboggan rental available at the house). It's a paradise for ski and snowshoe touring. Year-round, Val Müstair offers guided excursions, including for groups and school classes.

The house is ideal for families, schools, camps, or work groups.

Here's a brief overview of activities in the area:

Area year-round:
- The village shop (Prima / Volg) is just a one-minute walk from the house.
- Alternative shopping options are available in Müstair (Denner) or Zernez (Coop and Denner).
- Books and games can be borrowed and returned free of charge from the reading room at the Tschierv schoolhouse.
- Sauna facilities are available at the Hotel Al Rom next door, or two saunas with a whirlpool are available at the Hotel Süsom Givè (reservations required).
- Wellness facilities with sauna, steam room, and indoor pool are available at the Hotel Liun and Hotel Helvetia in Müstair (reservations required).
- Family swimming pool in Zernez.
- Numerous guided tours for groups or school classes are offered in Val Müstair (reservations required).

Tschierv area in summer:
- The heated outdoor swimming pool at the schoolhouse is a one-minute walk away. It offers a changing room, toilet, and a foosball table, all free of charge.
- The adjacent gymnasium with showers can be rented (registration required).
- The cozy playground is located next to the school building and offers a barbecue area with benches and tables. Free firewood is available.
- The neighboring football pitch with two goals offers space for various activities (free of charge).
- Many hiking trails can be started right from the doorstep.
- Tschierv is the gateway to the National Park and therefore ideal for excursions into nature.
- Countless themed trails in Val Müstair convey a wealth of information about the valley, nature, and its inhabitants.
- Many mountain bike routes and trails in the surrounding area.
- Take a road bike over the Ofen Pass. Or perhaps you'd prefer the Stelvio Pass with its 2,000 meters of elevation gain? An ideal location for mountain pass enthusiasts.
- Trail running is possible on all hiking trails.
- Experience the idyllic Val Müstair from a completely different perspective on horseback (registration fee required).
- The Ofenpass climbing area above Tschierv offers 5 routes, and the Pisch climbing area in Müstair offers 10 (free of charge).
- Llama trekking? A guided tour of the San Jon Monastery? Or a free, exciting visit to Augustin's farm? Val Müstair offers countless guided tours for groups or school classes throughout the year (registration required).

Tschierv area in winter:
- The Minschuns ski area, with its two restaurants, is small but perfectly formed with 25 kilometers of slopes! It's easy to navigate, and even in peak season, there are no queues for the T-bar lift. It offers a ski and snowboard school (registration fee required). Furthermore, you can practice using your avalanche transceiver for emergencies at the avalanche training facility.
- It's not only convenient that the ski bus stops right in front of the group accommodation and takes you up to the ski area in 10 minutes, but it's also fantastic that the downhill run from the ski area ends right in front of our Plaun Grond group accommodation in Tschierv.
- The toboggan and sledding run runs 6 km from Alp Champatsch to Tschierv, and between Lü and Tschierv it's even illuminated in the evenings. From the valley station of the Minschuns ski area, it can be combined with and extended via the Winter Panorama Trail (free of charge).
- The natural ice rink in Tschierv offers two separate rinks: one for ice skating or hockey (free of charge) and the other for curling (registration fee required).
- Dario Cologna was born in Tschierv. Experience the 28 km network of cross-country ski trails right on your doorstep between Tschierv and Fuldera (fee applies).
- The 2.8 km long "La artificiala" cross-country ski trail has artificial snowmaking and is illuminated (fee applies).
- Rental equipment and cross-country skiing lessons are available at the Fuldera Cross-Country Ski Center.
- Val Müstair offers many winter hiking trails, snowshoe tours, and ski tours in the surrounding area (free of charge), which can also be guided (registration required).
