Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A cot is available on request.
Bed linen can be provided at an additional charge (CHF 15 per person per stay) by arrangement.

Living room:
Cozy living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people. Large 48” OLED Smart TV, internet connection via WLAN router.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped small kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). Kitchen linen is included in the price.

Dining room:
Cozy, wood-panelled room with dining table, corner bench, chairs and large cupboard. With a fantastic view of the south-western mountain panorama. Baby high chair with baby seat available.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with large shower, washbasin, WC and separate guest WC. You may want to bring your own towels.

Other:
Beautiful, cozy apartment with marble, laminate flooring and underfloor heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the house on request. WLAN available (access details on site)

Bed linen and hand/towel towels can be provided by arrangement (CHF 15.00 per person per stay)

No outdoor shoes are worn in the house. Please use the shoe room on the ground floor.

Cozy 3.5 room apartment for max. 6 people with underfloor heating in a modernized multi-family house on the outskirts of Vattiz in the Val Lumnezia. Orientation to the southwest, with southeast balcony, photovoltaic system. Ideal starting point for leisure activities such as hiking, swimming, skiing, tennis, MTB. Entrance area with ski and shoe storage. House-owned swimming pool with changing room, showers, WC and sauna. Garden seating group with table, outdoor seating area on the mountain side and large, sunny lawn with children's swings.
Idyllically located Davos Munts lake just 300 m away. Approx. 200 meters from post bus stop. Chairlift valley station "Triel" to the Obersaxen ski resort, Apres-Ski as well as supermarket, bank, post office, cafes and restaurants in the neighboring town of Vella (approx. 2 km). Tennis courts can also be rented here (7-19h, May-October). Next gas station/car workshop approx. 1 km away. 
Parking space in the house's own underground garage is included in the price. Possibility to charge e-vehicles via Wall-Box (registration via smartphone app/internet: see QR code at the parking space). Pets allowed (by arrangement against additional cleaning surcharge CHF 30 per stay). Non-smoking accommodation. Storage spaces for bicycles and MTBs at the house.
