Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, combination microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: not suitable for children under 10 years. Non-smokers only. For security reasons, the attic studio is only rented to non-smokers. Wangenried 3 km from Wangen an der Aare: Cosy cottage "Arn's Place", surrounded by meadows. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Riding stable 2 km, children's playground 150 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Fireworks permit required in the area. For bookings of 3 weeks or more, intermediate cleaning is mandatory (payable on site). Laundry service flat rate CHF 50.00. Code for key safe will be provided after deposit has been transferred. 1 parking space included, additional parking spaces at the house CHF 5.00/day.
