Chalet Luegli is a beautiful, modern chalet where you can take a break from your working life. It is located on the Lauchernalp, which is 1.5 hours' drive from Bern. The chalet is located on the sunny side of the Lötschental and offers a magnificent view of the Bietschhorn and the Lötschenlücke, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thanks to the modern infrastructure of Lauchernalp - sports shop, laundry, restaurants, indoor swimming pool and ski school - great holidays are possible all year round. There are other activities on offer throughout the Lötschental. In summer, the Lötschenthal is a wonderful hiking area, with unspoilt flora and fauna and mountain lakes offering pure nature. In winter, the possibilities are endless. Skiers and snowboarders have 18 kilometres of groomed pistes at their disposal. Feeriders will find unspoilt slopes, couloirs and valleys. Lauchernalp is an excellent starting point for tours, but snowshoe hikes are also possible. There are cross-country ski trails in the valley below.
