Description of the holiday rental
Modern penthouse apartment with one double bedroom and separate double bed in the loft for up to three people. It has a bathroom and a first-class kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, “Nespresso” capsule coffee machine, toaster, and fondue set.
Sleeping arrangements:
1 double bed (king size 180 x 200 cm)
1 double bed in the loft (160 x 200 cm)
The living area has an LCD TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi.
A starter kit with trash bags, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo is provided upon arrival.
Haus La Rocca enjoys a quiet, excellent central situation in the nighbourhood of "Steinmatte". It is only a 5-minute walk to the village center where there are bars, shops and restaurants.
The bottom station of the Matterhorn Express only 10 minutes from the house.
The house has a ski room, as well as a lift.
The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
