Description of the holiday rental

Relax and enjoy the view of the marvellous Engadine mountains. This 2.5-room flat in a very quiet and sunny location offers everything the Engadine holiday heart desires. The flat has a bedroom and an additional double wardrobe bed in the living room. The large sofa and the warm fireplace in the living room invite you to spend cosy evenings after a day in the great outdoors. A private garage parking space, a bike/ski room and the laundry room are available. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen incl. microwave. The flat has been continuously refurnished. The living room and bedroom were completely refurnished in 2023, including new parquet flooring. The flat has no internet. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this non-smoking flat. This cosy accommodation is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a balcony and a garden seating area with sun loungers and a fire bowl. Situated at the foot of Piz Albanas, the accommodation is the ideal starting point for all kinds of sporting activities: the wonderful "Via Engiadina" hiking trail starts right at the entrance to the house, and the ski area in Zuoz can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Cross-country ski trails, bike routes, toboggan runs, the ice-skating rink, the golf course, the RhB and the national park are all within easy walking distance. Zuoz offers everything you could dream of in the Engadin: the many alleyways and patrician houses invite you to explore. Pontresina and St.Moritz can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
