Description of the holiday rental
The centrally located multi-family house "Derby" is only separated from the promenade of the Obersee by the Poststrasse. The train station, bus stop, ice rink and open ice surface, pharmacy, bakery, grocery stores, post office and various restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity, as well as the 1st section of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car, the Tschuggen Ost chairlift and the stop of the cross-country bus to the track in the Isel. An ideal starting point for all winter sports. The property has a ski and ski boot room in the house. The 1 1/2-room studio on the 2nd floor can be reached from the main entrance or the underground garage by elevator or via the staircase. Check-In: from 15.30 / Check-Out: until 9.30
