Penthouse flat with a gigantic view of the mountain panorama, tastefully furnished with everything your heart desires. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The flat was newly renovated in 2016 and 2019 and adapted to current requirements. The location is quiet and yet close to the village centre, bus station reachable in 5min. There are three bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 x 200x200cm bed, 1 x 140x200cm, 1 x 2 beds each 90x200cm with additional sofa bed in the room). There are wall cupboards in all rooms, providing plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is additional space for shoes or more in the hallway just outside the front door. The building has a lift, a private parking space outside and a reserved parking space in the garage.
Other living room furnishings (living room 1): Extremely comfortable, large corner upholstered suite with lounge table and view to the outside and the fireplace, corner sofa in the dining area with table that can be extended (max. 10 people can eat).

Other kitchen facilities (kitchen1): Kitchen is built directly into the dining area. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, raclette and fondue dishes, as well as storage boxes for the fridge.
