Renovated apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a spectacular view of the mountains and Arosa. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is in the center of Arosa, behind the Graubünden Cantonal Bank and has a private garage. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue and raclette set,... The living room and the main bedroom have a spectacular view of the mountains and Arosa, and all the furniture is brand new. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There are 2 double beds and a single bed with an additional mattress, which can be provided for an extra charge. The apartment also has a parking space in a private garage next to the building. - The Nespresso machine has no capsules. - Included in the price are bed linen and towels, as well as the tourist tax, the cleaning of the apartment and other basic amenities. - You can use the small ski room next to the entrance of the apartment. - The apartment has a private garage. - The apartment is prepared for up to 5 people. If you would like to book for 6 people, we must prepare the additional mattress in the bedroom for an additional fee. Additional costs: - Extra set of bed linen and towels: 30 CHF - Baby set (cot + high chair): 30 CHF
