Welcome to our recently completely renovated 3-room flat, which exudes southern flair and is characterised by its central yet quiet location in a one-way street. Situated in an apartment block, it is easily accessible by public transport and offers the perfect mix of city and recreational life.

The interior features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as Wi-Fi connection for all guests. A cosy living room, furnished with a Ticino granite table for four people and a seating area with TV, invites you to linger. The flat also has a well-equipped kitchen with seating for two people and a bathroom with shower/WC including a small washing machine.

Outside, there are two small balconies where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In addition to the living comfort inside the flat, the apartment building offers access to a pretty pergola, which can be used by all residents, as well as two bicycles, which are available in the bicycle cellar and make it easier to explore the surrounding area.

The location in Ascona, a town steeped in history directly on Lake Maggiore, proves to be the ideal starting point for countless activities. Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance and the lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area not only offers hiking opportunities and boat trips on Lake Maggiore, but also a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts, from ice skating to golfing, canoeing and paragliding. In addition, the nearby towns such as Locarno attract many visitors every summer with their markets, concerts and the renowned film festival.
