Small 2.5-room non-smoking flat with direct access to the garden. Situated in an alleyway accessible only on foot or by bike in a quiet, very peaceful area. Our flat is close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, lake, beaches, playground, park, cinema, museum, etc.). Ideal for families as the garden is completely enclosed.
The flat comprises a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x190cm) and a living room with 2 sofa beds (2c 80x190cm) as well as a dining area and TV, well-equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with small freezer, crockery for 6 people, pots and pans etc). Basement laundry room with washing machine.
Take advantage of the pretty garden to eat outside (table with 4 chairs, 4 deckchairs for relaxing, a grill) it is well shaded and perfect for spending quality time with the family. Children will be delighted to be able to play in peace and safety (games available).
Pets are welcome.
Our accommodation does not include a private parking space, as it is located in an alleyway that is not accessible to vehicles. You can leave your car in the public pay car park opposite (30m). You can request a parking card for one week at a cost of 50 Swiss francs directly from the Ascona municipal police.
