The holiday apartment is located on the second floor and offers a sun-soaked balcony with open-air dining that you can enjoy with suggestive lake-mountain views.

Inside, the apartment for 4 has a spacious and splendid living room with direct balcony access, a big sofa and a large Smart TV to unwind at your own pace. The kitchen cum dining area of the apartment is connected to the living and is equipped with a dining table, a fireplace and everything you would need to savour meals at this self-catering homestay.

A dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, Nespresso machine and induction hob are available among other utilities for guests.

The holiday apartment enjoys a well-serviced location from where the lakeshore, restaurants, playground, Lido di Bissone and a supermarket, all are just a 5-minutes walk away. The ferry terminal of Bissone is also close by and the transit from Melide – connecting to Lugano, Paradiso and more – is a 20-minute walk from here.

The famous attraction Swissminitur is also within walking distance and so is the causeway of Melide, both being a short 12-minute walk away. For those who want to explore Monte Generoso, the Ferrovial railway is located at a convenient 10-minutes drive from the rental. The beautiful Morcote village on Lake Lugano is also about the same distance, and here, guests can lose themselves in the scenic beauty typical of the alpine region mixed with the charm of a medieval and romantic Swiss village.

The Lugano centre, with Parco Ciani, the iconic Piazza della Riforma, Trenino Turistico, Lugano casino and a wide range of discos to enjoy is just a 15-minute drive from the holiday apartment.
