New comfortable 3 ½ room apartment on the ground floor, with a large terrace and large panorama windows with a free view of the entire Simplon area. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms and built-in spots as well as satellite TV, DVD, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is 2 minutes walking distance from the mountain station of the Belalp cable cars, 50m above the Aletschhorn restaurant and is directly accessible from the ski slope. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, in one room there is a bunk bed with 2 beds 90cm x 200cm and a third bed 120cm x 200cm. In the other room there is a double bed 180cm x 200cm. For all 5 beds there are Duvets 160cm x 210cm and pillows 65cm x 100cm. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all the inventory including fonduerechaud and table grill. The apartment has a large living dining room, wardrobe, a shower and a large storage room accessible from the apartment with shelves and washing machine - tumble dryer. Remarks: - The apartment is rented to a maximum of 5 people - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment - Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, no pets are accepted
