Il Chalet Rita è stato costruito nel 2002 da Rita e Georg. Hanno curato e amato la casa fino a quando, nel luglio 2023, le famiglie Michaela e Hans-Peter Juon-Ruppen di Naters e Maria e Michael Ruppen-Biffiger di Naters hanno acquistato l'immobile. Entrambe le famiglie hanno un legame profondo con la Belalp e utilizzeranno il Chalet Rita sia per il loro uso personale, sia per affittare un appartamento di due stanze.
