Chalet Fridolin Nr. 186

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a kitchen, a living room with a work area, a dining room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine.

On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double sink, a room with a double bed, and a second room with six beds (dormitory). Additionally, a travel cot is available in the house.

A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer are available in the basement.

Chalet Fridolin is located in a unique, quiet spot in Braunwald-Schwettiberg, directly on the Mattwald ski run at approximately 1,425 meters above sea level, very close to the Schwettiberg-Lädeli, a small shop with a large selection. The chalet offers on the upper floor a double bedroom and a dormitory with 6 single beds, as well as a bathroom with double sink, shower, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall with a large wardrobe, a second toilet, the kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as dishwasher, the dining room, and a living room with a seating area, 2 lounge chairs, and a work corner. From the living room, you can access a sunny, large balcony with a panoramic view and a large garden with a sun terrace and a covered seating area with a gas grill (summer). In the basement, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer are available.

In addition to a complete kitchen equipment for 8 people with raclette and fondue, there are also board games, two children's high chairs, diaper pail, potty and toilet seat adapter, stair protection gate, bathroom stool, children's dishes and changing pad, as well as four Davos sleds, a Swisscom TV, and WiFi available.

The chalet has a fully automatic, heat pump-based central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms. The heat pump also produces the hot water. The bathroom also has an additional electric heater.

Rental

The chalet is rented from Saturday 3:00 PM to Saturday 12:00 PM (other rental times upon request, but at least one week).

• CHF 265.00 per night from October to April
• CHF 305.00 per night over Christmas / New Year

For rentals of two/three weeks, we grant a 7.5%/15% discount.

The prices include electricity, water, and WiFi. Bed linen can be rented for CHF 15.00 per set and is billed along with the tourist tax at the final invoice. Additionally, a parking space in the parking garage at the valley station of the Braunwaldbahn can be rented by us for CHF 60.00 per week including electricity from a 230 V / 16 A industrial socket for e-cars.

Towel linen (except kitchen towels) must be brought along. The final cleaning must be done by yourself.
