Description of the holiday rental

Wonderful small terraced corner house with a marvellous garden including the most beautiful view of the Lage Maggiore. The outdoor area offers over 6 different seating areas with different levels of sunlight: Seating area with stone table to the east, balcony with small table and hanging seat, seating area with lounge, sunbathing lawn, seating area around whirlpool, small bench under palm tree, kiwi pergola with dining table and electric barbecue.
Completely newly renovated with state-of-the-art equipment and lovingly furnished.

The accommodation
Ticino has an average of 220 days of sunshine a year - our beautiful garden with its many seating areas invites people to enjoy the very peaceful, lush vegetation and the phenomenal view. But even on the few rainy days and in autumn, winter and spring, the house is a wonderful place to stay: Thanks to the sauna, steam bath and fitness room, you always have plenty of options. The private, year-round whirlpool in your own garden with a water temperature of 37.5 degrees offers a unique relaxation experience, especially in the evening hours, including a super beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

Thanks to the half floors, the house offers a very exciting and cosy living experience - and the choice of colours and materials as well as the beautiful decorations really make you feel at home in the house.

The house is not suitable for children under the age of 6 as it is not fall-proof everywhere (banisters and garden walls). It is also not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the staggered half floors.

Two fitness machines are not suitable for people over 1.90 metres because of the room height (cross trainer / treadmill).

The holiday home complex offers a communal swimming pool (11m x 5m) for all guests from April until approx. mid/end October. The swimming pool is not heated, from July to September the water temperature is between 25 and 30 degrees. The water quality is checked regularly.

The house is practically CO2-neutral (March - October): Thanks to a large photovoltaic system and its own storage battery, the electricity required for the heat pump, household appliances, air conditioning, whirlpool, sauna and steam bath can be provided by the house itself!

Access for guests
Access to the house is via a short access road from Via Contra. There is a car park in front of the house with a reserved parking space. There is also an underground car park for our guests in the neighbouring property, which keeps the car pleasantly cool, especially in the summer months.

- Pets allowed, but with additional cleaning fee of 150 SFr.
- Whirlpool usage times: 09:00 to 22:00
- Use of swimming pool: at any time (with night lighting), but absolutely quiet from 22:00 to 09:00!
- Hire of 2 e-bikes / hire price 150 SFr. per bike per week
- From May 2022: charging station for e-cars (electricity subject to charge)
