Holidays at Casa Ramerino in Brissago, in a sunny location with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. With private swimming pool handmade from Gotthard granite. (size approx. 4.5 x 10m) Approx. 300m2 of surrounding land for exclusive use. 1 seating area with barbecue overlooking Lake Maggiore, 1 seating area by the swimming pool with parasol and 1 sunbathing area directly by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is for exclusive use. Depending on the weather, the swimming pool is open from mid-May to the beginning of October. The swimming pool is not heated. Inside there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm wide. 1 WC with bathtub and 1 WC with shower as well as a large open-plan kitchen with a bar facing the living area. With the large living area, the house has enough living space to be comfortable and cosy. There is also a garage with outside parking space and a washing machine.
