Casa Serafino is a typical Ticinese style country house built in stone surrounded by a wonderful park with Mediterranean flavors such as lemon, orange, myrtle, rosemary and many palm trees. Several seating places are scattered in the park. There is also a place for a covered grill near the house.
The house is suitable for 4-6 people.
A beautiful swimming pool with lake view enriches the offer. At 3 minutes from the house there is a public beach with access to the lake and a bar.
The location is very central. In 3 minutes by car there is the grocery store and the bus stop is a two minute walk. Behind the house a path leads into the village.
The Serafino house is the ideal destination for a family, for romantic people, lovers of nature and sport.
