Fantastic site and panoramic view: Sunny, quiet 1 ½ room apartment for 2 people plus 1 child (approx. 35 m2), located at 3rd floor with elevator. 5 min by foot to train station Davos Dorf and shops. Balcony (southwest), parking place. Open kitchen with granite work surfaces, ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator with deep freeze compartment, dish washer, coffee perculator; Cosy living/dining with folding-down double bed and pull-out sofa-bed; bath room with tub/shower/toilet; bed linen, bath linen, kitchen towels, duvets; TV/radio; WLAN; Ski storage place; laundry room includes washing machine, tumble-drier and drying room. The famous "Parsenn" downhill skiing slope is just opposite, so skiing is possible right up to the house. Cross-country tracks and golf course within walking distance; bed linen, bath linen, kitchen towels, continental quilt; pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Summer 2020: House and balconies newly renovated. This holiday flat is cleaned and disinfected according to "Corona criteria". I.e. special requirements regarding the cleaning/disinfection of the apartment after an occupancy. The criteria include measures for the protection of the cleaning staff as well as for the protection of the coming guests and ensures a virus-free apartment. (additional costs for this special cleaning CHF 25.--)
