Living room:
The spacious living room is divided into a living and dining area, as well as a sleeping niche with 2 beds. The sleeping niche is separated by a curtain. Additionally, a wardrobe is available

The bedroom is equipped with two single beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a storage surface with a wall mirror
Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machines (pods/powder), crockery, pans and pots, raclette oven, fondue set
Bathroom: Shower cabin with seating, toilet with armrests, large mirrored bathroom cabinet with storage compartments and power outlet, washbasin, drawer unit, hairdryer, towel radiator
Terrace Sun shades, terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), beautiful view of the upper Surselva and part of the Medel Glacier
The holiday apartment is located in the apartment building "Utoring Acletta" at 1290 m above sea level. The Acletta is situated on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope. The ski arena Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis is easily accessible. Sports facilities, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are nearby (700 m). The non-smoking apartment is designed for 4 people and was renovated in 2019. Pets are not allowed.
The 2-room apartment (90m²) is on the ground floor and can be reached by lift or via the staircase. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and child-friendly. Cable TV (flat screen) and wireless LAN are available free of charge.
The price includes the shared use of the small indoor pool, a lounge (with table tennis and foosball), and the children's playground. A garage space (max height 1.95 m) is available in the underground garage. For electric cars, there are 3 charging stations (22 kWh charging capacity). These can be used with the SwissCharge app or the QR code on the respective column. Charging cards from TCS, Agrola, EWZ, Easy Charge (Energie 360), and Swisscharge are also accepted.
