Description of the holiday rental
The holiday home Bregera 1 is situated slightly elevated with a view of the Breithorn. The chalet is new and modernly furnished.
On the ground floor is the living/dining room, the modern open-plan fitted kitchen and a separate WC.
A Swedish stove ensures cosy hours.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. It has a ceramic hob, a fridge and a dishwasher.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and WC. The bedrooms are on the south side with direct access to the balcony.
A large seating area, deckchairs and a barbecue invite you to linger.
A washing machine, tumble dryer and shoe dryer are available free of charge in the cellar. There is enough space to store skis or bicycles, for example.
A reserved outdoor car parking space is available.
Dogs are welcome at any time by prior arrangement.
