Cozy 3.5-Room Apartment in Flims Dorf. The apartment features a large bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area with a fireplace. From the sunny balcony, you can enjoy a view over Flims and the Signina mountain range.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the Via Sulten 12 apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available free of charge. Additionally, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building. A parking spot in the garage is reserved for you. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The vacation apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area. The ski bus stop is about a four-minute walk away, and the valley station in Flims, with various shopping options, bars, and restaurants, is about a seven-minute walk. The Flims ski lift is approximately 700 meters from the apartment.
