Description of the holiday rental
Our 47m2 large 2.5-room apartment has a bedroom, in the living room a pull-out couch with sleeping possibility for up to 2 persons. It offers a unique view of the Unterengadin Dolomites, like the Piz Pisoc, Val Zuort or the landmark of the Unterengadins, Tarasp Castle. Our house was built in 2011 by local craftsmen with lots of love. To the apartment belongs a separate entrance, a Aussensitzplatz, one. Cellar compartment as well as a car parking space directly at the house. Our 2.5-room apartment is located just below the 4-chairlift Ftan-Prui, which takes you comfortably to the ski and hiking area of Motta Naluns. Fionas is located in the upper part of Ftan. The village shop as well as the bakery are within a few minutes walk. The distance to the various restaurants in Ftan is only a few minutes by foot. The PostAuto stop, which takes you directly to the Unterengadin capital of Scuol, is also only a few steps away from the apartment Chasa Fionas 267a.
