3 1/2-room holiday apartment*** with 4 beds, in a very beautiful and quiet location. Ideal for couples, families, hikers, bikers and those seeking peace and quiet. Centrally located, close to public transport (local bus stop 100m). Large seating area. Non-smoking flat. The kitchen has everything you need, including a brand new dishwasher. Lake Thun is nearby (2km) with very clean water. Many hiking trails in the neighbourhood (Lombach/Seerand). Vita-Parcour about 1km away. Possibility of excursions to the famous Bernese Oberland mountains such as Jungfrau-Joch / Mürren / Schynige-Platte / Harder / Niesen / Beatenberg-Niederhorn / Habkern / etc. Climbing garden approx. 1km away. The world-famous spa and tourist town of Interlaken is approx. 15 minutes' walk away. Since 2021 our heating and hot water preparation is realised with district heating.
Location description: Unterseen is historically the "uppermost town" on the Aare, founded in 1279. Very beautiful, historic village centre with church (reformed) and many restaurants. Unterseen is away from the large streams of tourists from Interlaken and is therefore very idyllic and quiet. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby and the many excursion mountains of the Bernese Oberland. In summer you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the nearby Lake Thun or in the Lombach. Vitaparcour /Fitnessparcour near the holiday flat.
