Living room with parquet floor, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, armchair, TV, wifi and cosy fireplace. Small south-facing terrace.
Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with double washbasin, bath incl. shower and WC. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
Laundry room with washing machine (coin-operated) and tumble dryer (coin-operated) available in the basement.
Access to the indoor pool through the underground car park. Sauna available in the neighbouring building (coin-operated). The flat is on the ground floor. Lift is not available. Underground car park entrance 1.90 m high. Skis / snowboards / bikes etc. can be stored on the ground floor of the house. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and the final cleaning are included in the final price.
