Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km away and 98 altitude meters. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house. Back to the roots, back to nature - is the motto. On the ground floor is a 1 bedroom apartment with double bed, small living area, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace. On the first floor, a huge living area with fireplace, sunny balcony and open kitchen invites you to linger and enjoy. In the attic there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The highlight of the house is the simple modern style paired with the tranquility of nature.
