Chasa Perspectiva - Plan Sura

Our "Plan Sura" is a very spacious, beautiful holiday flat for max. 10 people directly on the village square of Lavin. The beautifully renovated flat has a separate entrance and is stylishly and cosily furnished. Four double rooms have single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. The retreat room next to the living room can also be used as a single room, and the sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is practically furnished. In addition to the rooms, there is also a creative room, which also serves as a laundry room, and a lovely terrace overlooking the garden.
There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC, as well as another small shower with washbasin and a small WC also with washbasin.

Lavin is a small, hospitable mountain village and offers a complete infrastructure. Within a 5-10 minute walk you will find the following facilities: Railway station with bistro, Volg village shop incl. post office, Hotel Piz Linard with restaurant, Giacometti bakery, small sports field/ice rink, original children's playground, various small businesses incl. our bike shop and guitar workshop :) You can also hire mountain bikes from us

Lavin is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, fishing or kayaking on the Inn. The marvellous stretch of river from Lavin-Scuol is one of the most popular kayaking routes in Europe! The hiking and biking trails start right on the doorstep! For example, the newest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be hiked directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is no less ideal in winter either. For example, a beautiful cross-country ski trail runs along the Inn and snowshoeing takes you along idyllic forest paths in just a few minutes. The nearest ski area is in Scuol and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or train. The large ski areas of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos can also be reached within 45-60 minutes.

Lavin can be easily reached by train. The small railway station (with a stop on request) is approx. 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation.
