On the lower floor, there is a living and dining room with an open kitchen and a fireplace stove. Well-equipped kitchen without a dishwasher. Double room with DVD player and (small) television. A small bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor, a spacious room with a seating area and 2 single beds. Central pellet heating. The porches and stairwell are not heated and are fresh in winter. According to the earlier construction style, the wooden house is relatively soundproof, and the ceiling height is partly low (in the lowest room = living room 1m 92cm). Garden seating area for relaxing. Ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house with its room layout is not ideally suited for small children. High chair and cot available on request. Distances on foot: - Wallbachbad and valley station Wallegg, via Maurenskilift (winter operation only): about 5 minutes - Center with all shopping facilities and train station: about 10 minutes - Bettelbergbahn: about 15 minutes. Metschbahn by bus (stop (winter) at the municipality just under 10 minutes) or by car.
