The apartment is located on the second floor and enjoys lift access. It also has a spacious balcony to unwind in the sweet summer breeze of Lugano, a city known for its Mediterranean flair. Inside, a combination of glass doors and windows keeps the interiors vibrant and full of natural light creating an overall uplifting ambience. The living room is designed in an open, free-flowing layout with direct access to the balcony and furnishings, including a big sofa with a Smart-TV in front, single-seater sofas, a coffee table and a dining setup. This is further completed by a modern galley kitchen equipped with all essential kitchen appliances to whip up quick, carefree homemade meals: a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine are available among other utilities.

The apartment is located in a very well-serviced area that is far enough to relax in tranquillity yet within walking distance of the centre to enjoy all the action in Lugano. There are also plenty of restaurants (including international cuisine restaurants) as well as supermarkets a stone’s throw from the holiday apartment to cater to your every craving and need.

Lugano’s typically Mediterranean historic centre; the tranquil lakeside Parco Ciani; Piazza della Riforma with tons of terraces, shops and boutiques of all kinds; and a wide range of discos for party lovers, all are within a convenient distance (15-20 minutes walk). But if you want to chill away from the crowds, then Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail ending in the picturesque village of Gandria are just a 10-minute drive from here! Additionally, guests can hike through the magnificent San Salvatore as the funicular is a 15-minute drive.
