Situated on the 2nd floor of a conveniently placed Lugano residence, this contemporary apartment offers a great budget-friendly option for couple-friendly city breaks!
Inside, the Studio apartment boasts a modern open plan layout, which comprises of a stylish sitting/sleeping zone with an adjoining Kitchen Diner for 2 and a separate modern bathroom.
The Kitchenette and dining area for 2 features all the necessary appliances for preparing carefree drinks and simple meals-in; being equipped with a cooker hob, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and a microwave.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and overhead shower, whilst a hairdryer and an ironing board and iron are also provided.
The 2nd floor Studio is situated in lift-enabled 7-storey residence. Situated close to public parking and the city amenities and lakeside (3-7 minutes’ walk away), guests will easily be able to make the most of this conveniently-placed Lugano base.

Location:
Situated along ‘Piazza Riscossa’ in the Castagnola neighbourhood of town, this central Lugano residence enjoys proximity to a wide selection of modern amenities, including a bank and pharmacy.
Public parking can be found just in front of the residence. The blue lined spaces provide free parking (for 1.5 hours maximum during the day).
A welcome range of eateries can be found in the vicinity too, whilst for those wishing to dine in, there is a Migros Supermarket just 4 minutes’ walk away.
Guests will reach a lakeside bar in 3 minutes on foot, whilst a further 4 minutes on foot leads to a family-friendly Lido, Lugano Tennis club, the picturesque Civico lakeside park which is home to the Natural History museum and a nearby modern casino.
The vibrant modern lakeside centre of Lugano; home to designer shops, cultural attractions, world food restaurants, buzzing night clubs, universities, colleges and businesses provides the perfect year-round setting for a memorable holiday or work stay.
Lugano is easily reachable by train, ferry, bus, plane and car; with a mainline train station in the centre (11 minutes’ taxi ride away) and Lugano airport close by (18 minutes’ drive from the residence). A frequent bus service, passenger ferry links and fast road links also operate to neighbouring Lake Como (43 minutes’ drive away).
