2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. One bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), gallery, wardrobe and direct access to the bathroom. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.
Living room:
Cozy and bright living room lovingly furnished with a soapstone stove (not to be heated). TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven and steamer, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), rice cooker, kettle, milk frother, hand mixer, raclette and fondue electric hotplate. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
The dining room is a separate room, inviting you to enjoy delicious meals.
Bathroom:
The bathroom with washbasin, Closomat toilet, shower, hairdryer and scales. The bathroom is heated with underfloor heating. Bathroom linen is provided and included in the price.
The house is directly on hiking and biking trails. Shopping facilities in Lumbrein are about 10 minutes by car away. In winter, you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia in about 20 minutes by car.
Several parking spaces, one of which is covered, are also available free of charge. Pets allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
