The spacious living room with a fireplace features a cozy dining area and a comfortable seating group. From here, you can access the sunny terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, the children's room with two single beds, and another room with a single bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. One bathroom has a bathtub, and there is also a guest WC.
Shared facilities include a ski and bike room. Two reserved garage parking spaces are available, and there is a private laundry room within the apartment. Guests also have access to a snow bob and two Davos sleds.
The apartment is located in a quiet area in Madulain, with a shopping facility nearby.
