The property is an old farmhouse that has undergone gentle renovation. In addition to the complete renewal of the kitchen and wet room, care was taken to preserve the original charm and it has been lovingly furnished. The ground floor is heated by a heat pump and partially by electric underfloor heating. There is the possibility to additionally generate cozy warmth in the living room with the tiled stove. The bedrooms are not heated. Not barrier-free.

Very quiet location and still central. Starting point for many beautiful hikes and bike tours of different requirements, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoe tours. Attractive sled run right in front of the house. The nearby ski resort Elm is reachable by car in about 5 minutes or by bus ideally.
